Discover this superb, fully renovated 65m² gîte, ideal for 4 people for a weekend with family or friends.

The gîte is located in a former winegrowing estate. It comprises an entrance hall with a living room blending modernity and old-world charm, including a sitting area with TV. The gîte has a new, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, oven, microwave, etc.). There are also 2 bright bedrooms. The gîte also has a shower room.
The little extra? Its superb, light-filled veranda and private garden, in a quiet, unoverlooked setting, ideal for relaxing after a day's sightseeing in the region!

Cleaning is included in the price of your stay, and all linen is provided on site. The owner, Isabelle, will be delighted to welcome you during your stay with a few welcome gifts, as well as little surprises on your departure!

You have access to the whole apartment, veranda and small garden.

The gîte is located in Lussault sur Loire, a village on the banks of the Loire just 5 minutes from Amboise, in a quiet, leafy setting.
It is also 4 km from Amboise, 15 km from Chenonceaux, 18 km from Tours and 35 km from Blois. You're in the heart of the Châteaux de la Loire!

Take advantage of the many wine-growing activities on offer, including the nearby wine estates and La Loire à Vélo (for the more sporty), which are just a few meters from the accommodation.

Ideal location between Amboise and Montlouis for cellar visits and wine tasting (Montlouis, Touraine and Vouvray appellations). The Lussault sur Loire aquarium is 1 km away.

Amboise station is about 8km from the gîte.
You can get around by car or by bike (Loire à Vélo is 400m from the gîte).

Cleaning is included in the rental price, so please respect the premises and the completely refurbished gîte :)

On your arrival, the beds will be made up and all household linen is provided on site (sheets, covers, towels, etc.).
All you have to do now is put down your bags and enjoy your stay in the charming village of Lussault sur Loire!

Late check-out and early check-in are possible for an additional fee (€10/hour) and upon request only.
Any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur a €50 charge to compensate the cleaning staff.
