Great location

Great spot right downtown - parking location is not very convenient with luggage and a daughter on crutches. Property manager was very helpful in guiding us to getting the air conditioning set properly.

Great spot!!

Apartment was amazing and really liked the location. Downtown Lynchburg did not disappoint. Came for weekend visit to Liberty University and apartment only 10 minutes away. Whether you’re in for a college visit or looking for a nice little getaway, I highly recommend this place. Property manager was great and very responsive. Couldn’t be more pleased!

Impressed!

This property offered everything I needed for my week. I felt at home with the homey and aesthetic decor, kitchen had every utensil and even my loved Keurig. The back porch overlooked the mountains, train, and riverside district. It was an easy walk from the parking area… one recommendation is to park on the artsy street infringe of the apartment to bring in your luggage- there is a fifteen minute max- I did this when leaving. Giving two thumbs up, I enjoyed my stay!

Very cute Nook in the center of Lynchburg!

The property was clean and right in the river walk area. We stayed when the area was all decorated for Christmas so it was awesome!! This location is AWESOME for walking which we loved!!! The location is very walkable to restaurants in downtown Lynchburg and main street. Even though the location was in a busy area we found it to be quiet. The ONLY downside was parking as the parking is a little bit of a walk (we really did not mind this)-- but this could be an issue for mobility challenged. Note that There is a ramp at the bottom which could be used for wheelchairs but it is rather steep. There is also 15 minute parking in artists alley which we used to unload our luggage but artists alley is steep too.
