We have stayed here before and it is lovely. Ate at the Rooftop restaurant the night we arrived as well as for breakfast the next morning. The food was very good and wine as well. Pricey but nice and the views are amazing. Not so much the view from our room - neighboring brick wall. No view at all. Expensive room for no view.

All Around A Grade A+

The Virginian is an amazing hotel in the wonderful city of Lynchburg, VA. We stayed in a king suite and it was so large, quiet and comfortable. The bed was very nice and the big tiled bathroom was well lit and provided both a soaking tub and shower. The Skyline Grill has delicious food and a wonderful, rooftop view of the city. The entire staff cater to your every need. All around a Grade A+.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was wonderful. Staff was helpful and kind. Steve in the rooftop restaurant was amazing and can’t thank him enough for the delightful breakfast and dessert. We will be back again! The Virginian staff is fabulous!
