Located in the pretty, seaside village of Lynmouth in North Devon is Lookout View, a stunning, one bedroom, ground floor apartment enjoying breath taking views over the harbour and Atlantic Ocean. The dog friendly apartment, which can comfortably sleep two is beautifully furnished throughout and benefits from its own private patio from which the sea views can be best enjoyed.

The open plan living area of the apartment has large floor to ceiling windows and doors opening out onto the patio. The living area features a comfy lounge with a sofa, a wood burning stove and a smart TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen complete with electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and a washing machine.

Off the living area is the bedroom, which has zip and link beds allowing it to be set up either a double or a twin depending on guest requirements. The bathroom is situated near the rear of the apartment and is set up as a wet room with a shower, a wash basin and a WC.

Lookout View is conveniently located within walking distance of Lynmouth with a private pathway leading directly from the apartment building to the village. Lynmouth, which is often referred to as 'where Exmoor meets the sea' has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as its own pebble beach and several small shops. The water-powered Cliff Railway is the easiest form of transport to access Lynton, which sits above Lynmouth on the hillside.

At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. 
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area. 
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
