Sea View, 3 bedroom seaside holiday apartment on Exmoor
Located in Lynmouth on the North Devon coast is Sea View, a luxury three bedroom holiday apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The stunning, ground floor, dog friendly apartment offers breath taking views across Lynmouth harbour and the Bristol Channel from its private terrace and open plan living area. The apartment, which is split over two floors has been tastefully decorated throughout and has a modern, contemporary feel.
The spacious living area is split into a comfy lounge with a sofa, a wood burning stove and a smart TV, a simple dining area with a table to seat six and a very well-equipped kitchen complete with an electric oven and hob., a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Two large patio doors open out from the living area onto the private terrace where you will find a selection of garden furniture.
There are three good sized bedrooms at Sea View, all of which have zip and link beds, which allow them to be either be made us as king-size double beds or twin bedrooms with two full size single beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a WC and a wash basin, whilst the family bathroom has a bath with shower over head, WC and wash basin.
Sea View is located on the hillside above Lynmouth. There is a designated car parking space for guests staying at Sea View and a path that leads directly from the apartment building to Lynmouth where you will find a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as some small shops. To get to the neighbouring village of Lynton the water-powered Cliff Railway is the most fun transport method and boasts some of the best views, alternatively guests can walk or drive up to Lynton.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience.
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area.
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
Adventures – Our local connections means that we can organise discounted trips, Exmoor trails, water-sports and many more, just ask the team.
Classes - currently we are able to offer yoga classes.
