Home Away from Home and Cozy with Salt Water Pool and Hot Tub

Very Nice!! And located in a quiet safe neighborhood 2 minutes from the Bay. This house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying out next to the pool out back. Or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. There will be fresh linens and towels upon arrival. You will feel right at home here! Come check it out and see for yourself. Also Grocery stores and Walmart along with Restaurants are all within 5 min of the house.

Beautiful place! Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are respectful. If you don’t bother them, they don’t bother you. You can’t beat the location! There’s groceries and restaurants within a 5-minute car ride. Downtown Panama City is only 15 minutes away and all the touristy stuff is within 30 minutes. Trey, the host, is great to work with. Any issues are dealt with quickly. Beds were comfortable. There are plenty of places to relax inside, with comfy seats or a couch. My daughter had fun learning to play ping pong in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and utensils, along with your basic cooking pots and pans. The Keurig coffee maker was a pleasant surprise, and much appreciated. The pool in the back is for sure the highlight. Depth goes from roughly 4 feet at the ends to around 6 feet in the middle, which makes it nice for everyone in the family to easily enjoy. And with it being a saltwater pool, you don’t get the annoying chlorine smell after getting out. Definitely would stay again!

A comfortable home with all the amenities

My family really enjoyed our stay. It was so much better than a hotel. The home had everything we needed with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The quiet private pool was definitely a highlight and we made great use of it. Trey was also very responsive with any questions we had when we arrived to insure our stay was pleasant. We would definitely return if we're ever in the area again.

Better than listing!

Everything was great from start to finish. Trey's communication and ease of requests made him a top notch host. The home itself was massive yet comfortable and welcoming. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen was large enough to have a small Italian village cooking in it and well stocked with anything you may have needed. Pool, hot tub and grounds were well maintained. Am definitely going to book that property again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Nice house in a nice kept up neighborhood with a bonus pool hot tub and trampoline. House had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Close enough to the attractions without being on top of them with all the noise that brings. Thanks Trey.

Florida fun

This property had everything we needed for our stay and a really decent neighborhood. We loved the private backyard with the tall fence that worked well for our pet Rocket. The house has more room than we needed and is great for larger families. The internet and choices for television entertainment are impressive. A nice big driveway for backing our boat into, just be careful not to hit the neighbors mailboxes. It can be difficult to find a rental that allows dogs without size restrictions so I stress that renters clean up after their pets to avoid homeowners from changing their rules. Thanks for the great stay!

Family Spring Break Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly what we needed. We are a family of four (14 year old/11 year old) and a small dog. We were very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool, my husband and son played ping pong alot. We will definitely stay again. No complaints!

We try to take this time each year to get away from the cold and relax in the much warmer area of beautiful Panama City. This home was as advertised. At first the wife thought it woukd be too far from activities but soon came to realize it was perfect.

Visiting my son and grandkids

After renting condos in the past this has been by far the best decision we ever made renting a house with a pool/hot tub/game boards etc.... There was so much to offer my family during our stay, we will definitely make this our permanent rental in the near future and Trey is truly the best. He was always available for questions and concerns. My advise don't waste your money on condo's or hotels. This house absolutely is worth every penny 👍

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time on our 3 night getaway & really enjoyed the private saltwater pool. It was very relaxing. The location of house was good, in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to stores, restaurants, great coffee shop & not too far from beaches. The house was very clean & met all of our needs. The host was very friendly & made communication & check in/checkout so easy. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend this property to others.

Nice and Private

It was so nice to have our own private space for us and dogs. Having the private pool was amazing! Easy drive into PCB. Very clean and Trey was wonderful to work with. He answered messages quickly. We’d stay here again!
