Le jeune homme aux cheveux rouges a l’accueil ne fut pas des plus jovials… l’accueil étant la première chose que l’on voit de l’hôte, il faudrait peut être briefer le personnel…les 2 autres hôtes lundi furent souriants et pros. La chambre était en face de l’ascenseur(508), ce qui m’a valu du bruit toute la journée jusque tard dans la nuit …Les clients qui parlent avec des enfants qui crient pour prendre l’ascenseur, les femmes de ménage que l’on entend dans le couloir..Puis vient tard le soir, ce qui rentrent de soirée.. Le lundi, reprise des travaux sur la rue Bonnel, réveillé à 7h Résultat des courses j’ai dormi 6h en 2 nuits.. Un enfer!!!!! Il est vraiment important de revoir l’insonorisation des chambres (comme dans plusieurs hôtels ACCOR) Petit déjeuner correct, mais il manque quelques légumes verts comme dans le plus petit hôtel basique (rondelles de concombre, laitue, tomate) Lundi matin J’ai du demander au responsable de salle si le stand des muffins et omelettes était ouvert car il n’y avait personne , le stand propre…il était 9h30 Bref, ravi d’être rentré chez moi

AC can not adjust. The room is a bit warm can’t sleep in well. The staffs don't really understand English, telling me my room comes with breakfast but actually not. I stay for 5 night and went for breakfast for 2 morning. At the end they still charging me for the breakfast. Also, the slippers are out of stock and the carpet is not very clean.

One BIG problem: no functioning WiFi during our stay. Restaurant needs a new menu with different choices. Options are very limited. Friendly and efficient staff. Valet parking worked very well, thank you.
