Lassagne - 1 - New studio in the city center

The city center and Hôtel de Ville metro station are less than 4 minutes' walk from the apartment. Located at the foot of the Croix Rousse slopes, in a beautiful, secure building, you'll appreciate the comfort of this brand-new, tastefully decorated and well-appointed studio. It has been designed to provide an ideal working and relaxation environment in the heart of Lyon, close to restaurants and shops.

Located on the ground floor (level 0) of the building, this 19m² studio combines modern design, functionality and old-world charm with its exposed beams and warm parquet flooring.

During your stay, you'll enjoy a small, cosy living room with HD TV with an optimized space, a double sofa bed (160*190) equipped with a new, high-quality mattress 🌟🌟, for a comfortable night's sleep just like in a real bed. A soft duvet offers a restful and relaxing experience. A small, modern, fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are included.

It's perfectly suited to professionals on the move or digital nomads, with a dedicated workspace with desk and WIFI Fiber connection at your disposal. You'll also have access to a printer, and a dongle for projecting the computer screen onto the HD TV. Last but not least, we provide a clothes steamer/ironer, so you can get to your appointments with complete peace of mind.

Courtesy items are available (welcome coffee, tea, pasta, rice...), as well as a Traveler's Guide giving you all the information you need about the apartment (wifi code, notices) and Lyon's best addresses.

Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm, using a lock connected directly to the apartment door. Checkout is autonomous too and up to 11am on the day of departure.

Late check-out until 1pm possible for an extra 18E (request to be made the day before at the latest).

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and any noisy events (loud music etc...) that might disturb our neighbors are forbidden within our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty. Thank you for your vigilance :)
