"Berge du Rhône" is a fully renovated, modern, and fully equipped 19 m² studio apartment, complete with fiber optic internet, located next to the banks of the Rhône River, at the foot of Lumière Lyon 2 and Lyon 3 Jean Moulin universities!

On the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, it's in close proximity to the center of Lyon and the Part-Dieu and Perrache train stations. Ideal for business trips, seminars, and exploring Lyon.

Its tranquility, amenities, and location make it the perfect apartment.

Underground parking is available, but it's only suitable for small cars (and a few medium-sized ones). Please contact me if you need assistance with parking your vehicle.
