Avoid at all costs

Loud couple with screaming kids. Front desk refused to do anything. People partying in the hall. Entry light in room was burned out and they would not replace the bulb. Shower was not a walk in as requested. I am a leg amputee and climbing over a tub is difficult. Asked for a print out receipt when I checked out and they refused saying it was emailed. Dirt on the floor in the lobby. Office chairs have masking tape across the tears. This place is a dump. Avoid at all costs.

The staff were nice and very helpful and accommodating. The place was clean but needs some repair. For example, tiles were loose in bathroom floor and hot water didn’t work in sink. The office chair in room had been repaired with black tape.

Sadly going downhill

It seems that the quality of this hotel has faded. An older hotel with larger rooms, this hotel has been great. This visit everything seemed beat up and tired. Breakfast was no longer worth it.

My room was as clean as one could have gotten it. Nice and quiet as well. The staff was great. If there had to be a complaint it would be that there isn't a variety of food for breakfast

Not a bad place, certainly not a 5 star hotel, but doesn’t have that kind of price For the reason I went, it was perfect Comfortable, clean, breakfast was nothing special, waffles, toast, cereal Only issue I had was the room they gave me when I first got there, couldn’t get the door to unlock, two different times They gave me another room, no issue

Love this hotel!

I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s our absolute favorite to stay in for Canton Trade Days. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, parking lot is well lit. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy.

First time staying here and we will definitely make it a regular on our trips through the area. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very roomy. The front desk ladies were very friendly. Loved the coffee machine!

We want better lighting in rooms.

It was dark arrival and departure. The only real complaint is the room has poor lighting. It would really help to have better lighting when you come and go.
