Cascina Borchina offers four romantic and elegant accommodations, for only a few guests: an entire house (finca) on two floors, an apartment with one bedroom (sole), two one-room apartments (Violetta and Falco).

The independent "LA FINCA" is located in the Cascina Borchina and extends over two floors. Elegance and luxury coexist within the spacious and sunny house, while nature is reflected in its materials. These natural materials have been carefully selected with great attention to detail. Among other things you will find marble, travertine, granite, slate, natural stone, recycled wood, old bricks. The result is a mixture of contemporary glamor, anchored in elements of fascinating tradition. The large windows on both levels give you the opportunity to have a wonderful view over the lake and to be embraced by the sun's rays. You have sun from early to late.
Our "house finca" is intended for a couple, a small family or friends. The house has a large kitchen on the ground floor. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartments, 5 gas hob, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, sufficient dishes, glasses and cutlery as well as kitchen utensils. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a dining area with a massive wooden table with 6 comfortable wooden chairs and a cozy living area with a sofa and television (satellite television for German-language television programs), as well as a small room with a table and chairs for reading or enjoying the view invites. Antique cabinet and seating for 4 people.

On the upper level there are two bedrooms (one with a large balcony) and another bathroom with a stone shower. The "House Finca" has a terrace on the ground floor and its own garden. This consists of a large property with a private stone cave, in which there is an iron table and chairs, as well as several deck chairs with cushions.
The stone cave and private garden are surrounded by lemon trees, rosemary, oak, sage grass, lavender, thyme and mint.

Please note: The forest path is not suitable for low-lying sports cars.
