Nice stay

Staff really friendly and made you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Lovely breakfast. Would come again.

Bollington stay

We had a lovely stay here. While you can see things are being updated, the attentiin to detail wasnt there. Our room, room 1, was a suite. Dated furniture and the windows wouldnt open. Thankfully we didnt stay on a very hot night. The bed was huge, and a lovely comfortable matress. We ate sunday lunch at the hotel, the food was lovely, the dining room needed cleaning, im not hugely fussy, but it just doesnt appear to have the attention to detail where nessasery, which lets it down.

Late evening staff Didn't answer the phone at all when trying to call about booking. Rude people staying around the hotel making noise till 3 in morning to he woken up by there faulty fire alarm at 8 in the morning terrible stay will not be coming again

Whoever owns the property needs to look seriously at what they are doing, everything is below standard but could be very good if they put some effort into it. The rooms need updated, the food is below standard and the general appearance of the hotel needs work. The one positive the staff were very nice.
