The living room is beautifully furnished and impeccably maintained, featuring a cozy sitting area, a sofa and a TV for enjoying your favorite shows. The space is well-lit and ideal for spending quality time with your group. Step out onto the balcony, where you'll find a table and chairs to take in the stunning views.

The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, essential cookware, and utensils to meet all your culinary needs. There's also a dining table for meals and a washer available for your laundry convenience.

The home boasts two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with two single beds. Each room is outfitted with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep and ample storage space and AC units for your total comfort.

The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need to refresh, including towels and complimentary toiletries for added convenience.

The house offers a ground-floor area with a barbecue and a social space, equipped with a table and chairs for enjoyable moments.

To ensure your comfort, the house is professionally cleaned before every stay.

You also have private parking in a garage inside the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Machico, a charming town located on the eastern coast of Madeira, offers a plethora of attractions that will captivate visitors. The Miradouro do Pico do Facho, a picturesque viewpoint, provides breathtaking panoramic views of the town and its surrounding natural beauty. Quinta do Santo, also known as Santo António da Serra, is a magnificent estate that showcases the region's lush landscapes and offers a tranquil escape for nature lovers. Parque Ribeira Primeira, a serene park along a river, provides a peaceful environment for leisurely walks and picnics.

Adventurous souls can explore the Levada do Caniçal, a stunning hiking trail that winds through the rugged terrain and offers glimpses of cascading waterfalls and verdant valleys. Meanwhile, the Levada da Serra do Faial presents an opportunity to immerse oneself in the island's stunning flora and fauna while embarking on an unforgettable journey through its enchanting levadas. Machico truly encompasses the essence of Madeira's natural wonders and invites visitors to experience its beauty firsthand.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Madeira International Airport is a 5-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
