A perfect place to stop for the night on our way to the U. P. for fall color. The price in early October was reasonable and the staff pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was pretty basic, so we decided to buy breakfast out. That wasn't a big issue to us. All in all, worth the one night stop.

Right next to the ferry parking lot! So convenient for getting to the island and back. Then we drove back down the road for dinner at The Hook Lakeside Grill. We had the pan seared walleye and it was superb and the view was amazing. Again, so close to our hotel!!!

The room & hotel was very clean . One complain was about the smell, idk what cleaning products or what they used for carpets because smell weird . And maybe they need to have better options for breakfast: the scrambled eggs and the baked eggs were tasteless. Personally I don’t like breakfast sausage, so the only choice I had was bagels or pancakes

Shops were super close, and they even let us arrive early, verify we had a paid for reservation and allow us to park there for free and called for a shuttle on our behalf to the nearby ferry pier. It would have been $15 a day otherwise, just for day parking on the ferry service's lot! They went above and beyond our expectations.

Glad we stayed!

We arrived around 11:00pm and the front desk greeted us with warm smiles. They were very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation about the city. In room 105 the one queen bed closet to window has some issues. The bed springs are noisy. That is the issue I want to let you know. Thank you from Ohio

The property was very clean, in very good condition, and the hotel staff is super friendly. Breakfast was also very good. The price for the room was extremely fair. If I ever get back to Mackinaw City this is where I will stay.
