We did not eat any food here. Poor accessibility and property wasn't clean. Lots of spider webs, we killed spiders in our room (3). Staff were not friendly or helpful. Our room felt damp and sheets felt damp, could be the air-conditioning. This hotel has great location near water but spiders may keep you off your balcony. They should spray the property down and cleanup landscaping. For the price I expected better. Will not stay here again.

We arrived around 9:30pm and it was starting to get dark, front desk was less than helpful. She pointed to the back and said the one elevator is over there. We never could find it, our room was on the fourth floor, so we had to haul all the luggage up 4 flights. The rooms were filthy! Ours had cobwebs and thick layers of dust on the walls and ceiling fan. The carpet was dirty and stained, looked like they only vacuumed around objects as there was layers of dust around where the table and chairs were. The walls were paper thin, could hear everything from the people on the other side, even knew what tv show they were watching. My 8 year slept in and tried to get the continental breakfast at 9:30am and they had put everything away.

I didn't like the first room we got. It was older looking and the beds were hard and when asked to find our room the front staff was rude about it. We switched to a different room and it was a lot better. I probably won't be coming back to this hotel again.

We loved everything about this property. We had a lakefront room on the first floor and the beach access was everything, especially with an almost three year old. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and helpful. Everything was within walking distance which was very nice. We will be staying here again!
