Newly renovated and freshly painted, this large family beach house is ideal for fun filled holidays. This two storey property has a spacious open plan living area, modern kitchen, 5 generous bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms and polished timber floors.

Large, glass, sliding doors open the main living area out onto a huge, north-facing, covered deck with BBQ and bar fridge as well as views of Copacabana Beach. When the sun goes down in winter, light the fire and curl up with a book on the comfy leather lounge.

The rear deck is ideal for an afternoon sun bake and opens out to a fully fenced back yard, for your pet to enjoy.

Downstairs is a separate flat or teenage retreat with polished concrete floor that consists of a living area with Smart TV, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.

Wifi and Netflix avaliable.

This property is pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard. Macmasters to Copacabana is off leash 24/7 where indicated by signage. We hope any four legged friends enjoy their stay but please be responsible and keep them off the furniture and clean up after them.

Other things to note:
* Stunning bushwalks through National Park start at the end of the street. 7 Minute walk through Bouddi National Park to Macs Beach.
* This is a very quiet street. In consideration of our neighbours please keep the noise and music down after 10 pm.
* No smoking inside.
* The internal staircase might not be suitable for young children
* The property does not have air-conditioning as the house has high ceilings, is set amongst the gums and gets an ocean breeze. In winter the wood heater keeps the house warm.

Location
Macmasters Beach is a comfortable and scenic 90 min drive north of Sydney CBD and is a pet-friendly beach. The Kincumber shopping centre is nearbyand has a large Coles and is open until late for grocery shopping.
If you want to explore further, Bouddi National Park is nearby anditis great for walks and swims at Maitland Bay Beach (unpatrolled). Further along the Killcare peninsula is Killcare beach and Hardy`s Bay - a 15 minute drive away with interesting fashion and homeware/gift shopping, renowned Manfredi`s Bells restaurant and local cafes, boating and boat hire facilities. Avoca and Terrigal beaches are both 10 and 15 mins drive away and also offer swimming/surfing, shopping and dining.

Erina Fair is only a 15 drive away for great shopping with a Coles supermarket at Kincumber nearby.

Family holiday

Lovely view, plenty of space and relaxing. A favourite place was the very roomy front verandah. The property was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Was great to stay here with our family... and dog. The house was as depicted in the pics, and a short walk to the beach. The national park is at the end of the street... we'll be back!!!

Thanks for great weekend

Thanks very much for accommodating us over the weekend. House was great, pictures probably didn't do it complete justice, plenty of space for all of us as we had a mixture of adults and kids 10 and under. Short stroll to the beach was utilised extensively across the weekend and the dogs had a ball. Very quiet part of the neighbourhood was also nice to relax. Pleasantly surprised to find a big BBQ as didn't recall it being listed and the kitchen was also fully equipped. Hope to stay again

Beautiful setting

Property was spacious, comfortable and with beautiful views. Far enough back from the beach to avoid the noise and busyness but beautifully positioned to get sea breeze and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach of which much is shaded by the National park.

Great space, view and atmosphere!!

From the moment we walked in, each one of us was impressed with the experience. The house was presented very well, spacious and spotless. I honestly don't believe the photos do it justice! The view and leafy surroundings were the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay.

Great stay for friends, kids and dogs!

We had a fun time at MacMasters. Spent lots of time on the balcony admiring the view and watching the birds. Very dog friendly, with enclosed backyard. Def stay again!

Perfect for people and pooches

This is the perfect home for families keen for beach action, biking or national park walks - all on the doorstep. A great cafe at the SLSC too. Loved getting out and about then returning to the log fire with a glass of red and a good book at the end of the day. We will return.

Fabulous Family Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our seat at this location. The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family and yet the expansive verandah provided a number of places to relax with a good book away from the children’s games. Foxtel in two locations provided the kids with instant entertainment when they weren’t swimming and exploring the bush. Will certainly return to this venue!!!!

The house is enormous, the views are lovely and the furnishings and layout is very thoughtful. Even the dog is well catered for with bowls, dog house and secure fencing. Perfect kitchen for foodies cooking for a large group.

This is a lovely roomy holiday home for a large family group with everything you need. Location and views great and pet friendly. Lots of space for kids and adults and everything you need in the kitchen. Close to major shopping centres, quiet and private. Recommend for a fun family holiday. The second TV and DVD player in kids room a must!!!
