Newly renovated and freshly painted, this large family beach house is ideal for fun filled holidays. This two storey property has a spacious open plan living area, modern kitchen, 5 generous bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms and polished timber floors.

Large, glass, sliding doors open the main living area out onto a huge, north-facing, covered deck with BBQ and bar fridge as well as views of Copacabana Beach. When the sun goes down in winter, light the fire and curl up with a book on the comfy leather lounge.

The rear deck is ideal for an afternoon sun bake and opens out to a fully fenced back yard, for your pet to enjoy.

Downstairs is a separate flat or teenage retreat with polished concrete floor that consists of a living area with Smart TV, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.

This property is pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard. Macmasters to Copacabana is off leash 24/7 where indicated by signage. We hope any four legged friends enjoy their stay but please be responsible and keep them off the furniture and clean up after them.

Other things to note:
* Stunning bushwalks through National Park start at the end of the street. 7 Minute walk through Bouddi National Park to Macs Beach.
* This is a very quiet street. In consideration of our neighbours please keep the noise and music down after 10 pm.
* No smoking inside.
* The internal staircase might not be suitable for young children
* The property does not have air-conditioning as the house has high ceilings, is set amongst the gums and gets an ocean breeze. In winter the wood heater keeps the house warm.

Location
Macmasters Beach is a comfortable and scenic 90 min drive north of Sydney CBD and is a pet-friendly beach. The Kincumber shopping centre is nearbyand has a large Coles and is open until late for grocery shopping.
If you want to explore further, Bouddi National Park is nearby anditis great for walks and swims at Maitland Bay Beach (unpatrolled). Further along the Killcare peninsula is Killcare beach and Hardy`s Bay - a 15 minute drive away with interesting fashion and homeware/gift shopping, renowned Manfredi`s Bells restaurant and local cafes, boating and boat hire facilities. Avoca and Terrigal beaches are both 10 and 15 mins drive away and also offer swimming/surfing, shopping and dining.

Erina Fair is only a 15 drive away for great shopping with a Coles supermarket at Kincumber nearby.
