All amenities not available. Hotel added pet fee of $20 for night which I paid with my credit card 12/28 which was fine. 12/29 received another charge from same hotel for $58.90. Went to front desk to discuss but no one available.

I was greeted pleasantly after arriving later in the evening. The room was decent for a quick overnight stay. The food options around are basically just an Applebee's but that worked for some quick apps before retiring for the night. This was a quick stay over in route to traveling to another destination, so it served its purpose. The complimentary breakfast wasn't too appealing, so I only opted for yogurt out the machine and a tangerine.

The room was clean though it could use some updating. They provided a hot breakfast with variety including scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits and sausage links. We will keep this Best Western in mind for future trips.

The entire property is covered in roaches. Roaches were in the beds, on the counters in the bathroom, and crawling on our toothbrushes. The staff were incredibly kind, but management is clearly not taking their responsibilities seriously.

I paid for 1 king accessible and we were also traveling with a small dog. We did not get a king. Was told they didn’t have a king available with pet. Then she announced loudly my room number and explained how to get to it. The hall carpet was dirty and torn. Bed was ok but pillows were flat. When I politely questioned all this was told nothing could be done.
