Water Damage in the Shower/Tub area

The shower curtain didn’t close at the end that meets the shower head, so I struggled to keep it shut while using the shower. It was an old problem because the paint on the wall near the tub/shower was peeling and you could tell it had been in that been peeling and warped for a while.

It appears they are remodeling this property with new exterior and furniture. The bathroom tile is cracked and missing grout and caulk. The bathroom door is starting to delaminate from moisture issues. Loose wires with wire nuts hang near floor beneath the heater.

Hotel was recently renovated, the room had an actual 4K tv, the bed was very comfortable, showers had hot water almost instantly, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed them.

Worst breakfast Ever (dry eggs, limited choices, bad coffee, waffle batter too thin, turkey sausage didn’t taste well, poor bagel taste, etc.). Bed too hard.

No sheet stains please

I could tell it was a fairly new hotel but it is going to go downhill very fast if not cleaned properly and taken care of. My bed sheets had stains. The baseboards in the bathrooms were dirty and stained. Stuff was splash on the walls. Again, clean = comfort for me and while I was so tired on this trip, I wanted to only sleep when I got back to the room, I did notice those things right away.

Country Inn & Suites by Raddison Macon West

The hotel is located in complex with other hotels and Waffle House. It is near other fastfood restaurants, the mall, and Walmart. The entrance was well-maintained and clean. The desk personnel were all very polite. My first room was on a hall that already appeared warm as we walked to our room, and then we later realized the AC was not working in the room at all. We were quickly given another room on a different floor. Both rooms were clean with no issues. The shower's hot water was great. Breakfast was available, but I did not use.
