Had a pleasant stay at Rotana, spacious beautifully decorated room with all amenities soap,shampoo,conditioner tooth brush, vanity kit, iron kit, hair dryer. Bath robe and towels. Huge closet and locker, my room had a wireless charger to charger phone as my charger wouldn’t fit in the socket. Must keep a universal plug from your own country, Rotana had an amazing breakfast so much variety and fresh food and you can see the prophets mosque while getting your food. Items to mention two types of soup,scrambled eggs, fried rice, noodles, variety of bread and cheese and fresh fruits and baked croissants and danish’s, tea and coffee and coffee machine for speciality coffee. This hotel is good for families. Overall a good choice and experience. Would love to book again in future.

“Alhamdulillah, we stayed 3 nights at Al Rotana Madina and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were kind, respectful, and always willing to help. The hotel is a wonderful and peaceful place, and its location is extremely convenient, just a short walk to Masjid An-Nabawi. May Allah reward the team for their excellent service. Highly recommended ❤️💯

Staff never answered phone. However the staff actually used the phone and called around checkout time. The hotel has two towers that are almost two different hotels, they are two buildings separated by the street. One with decent full and partial haram view and the other has hardly any view. You are never told the exact building number or which tower you are in. Once checked in although I reserved an obscenely expensive haram partial view, we were put into the one that hardly any view and the room hardly had any view. In general the hotel is ok and would make a fine 3 star hotel but certainly not any higher as advertised.

Horrible services . Gave a suite with no bed for kids . One king bed for 4 people . Sofa bed is for 1 person without pillow and blanket . Attitude is very bad and 1 days they didn’t do any room service despite request . 500$ per night for small room and horrible same breakfast for 5 days . Room 645 . Checking lady was unhelpful and told this is biggest room with 1 bed only for 4 person . Additional bed 120 x2 . Pay or leave . Very aggressive attitude and pls don’t say here as there r many good hotel similar price . Sofitel is same price and 100times better .
