Great location, very close to AlHaram and Quba golf carts. The place is very new and clean and the staff is very welcoming. It's important to note that the hotel has two separated towers which was a surprise for me. Breakfast buffet had really good variety.

The hotel is good and hotel staff was helpful. The front desk manager, Razan, was very helpful and helped us in changing our room which made the overall stay very pleasant. The rooms service staff, especially Robiul, was also very friendly and always ready to help.

Rayan at the reception went above and beyond to offer a good support. The cleaning staff in the dining area should pay more attention to hygiene practices and make sure evey table utensils are thoroughly changed (not just wiped!) for each new guest. Overall great property, very kind staff

The whole property is well kept and clean. The staff are very polite and attentive. Dining options are very good and food was delicious. Flexibility for check out was brilliant as my daughter was sick, we were allowed to stay an extra hour. The hotel is close to Masjid AnNabawi, with a five minute stroll through the historic masajid complex next to Haram. Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay.

We were checked in and out smoothly. It was in a smoking room against my request, but there wasn’t any smell. The view was beautiful and clear. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the housekeeping were constantly asking to rate them.

Enjoyable stay

From the time I checked in until I left, the staff were warm and friendly. The hotel was clean and beautiful and the food both breakfast and dinner was sumptuous with a wide variety. Location was excellent.
