We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a fantastic hotel, very professionally managed. The breakfast is of a very high standard. Some of the presentation is a work of art! The dining staff are quietly efficient. Free parking slots are available around the hotel and further parking in the basement. It is a 30 min walk to the mosque and quite well placed for most historical sight seeing on the south side of Madinah. The reception staff are friendly and booking in process was quick. The rooms are beautifully decorated in warm friendly colours.They are clean and spacious. You get real value for money for quality on offer.

Clean rooms (with the exception of the shower that kept clogging and sewer smell in first day or two) staff were generally okay but I think they need slightly more training, breakfast was very basic and they put out old stuff. Nice cafe at ground floor. All in all alhamdulillah we were happy we came but place is not the best for the price.
