Amazing hotel in Madina . Highly recommend 15 min walk to haram . They have a shuttle service as well . Nice clean rooms and comfortable bed.

I bilked and paid but didn’t stay there instead got myself another hotel. My flight was arriving late after 8 pm so I tried to call them from US multiple times to inform but they kept saying system down and we can’t do anything. I emailed and messaged them but no response. I didn’t want to take the chance to go there with small kids and not get the room that I paid for so I reserved another hotel where I know I can check in after 8:00 pm local time.

I recently stayed at Zaha Taiba Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay. It’s about a 15-minute walk from Masjid Nabawi, which is manageable and convenient. However, my experience was soured by the man at the small café near the check-in area on the first floor. He was quite rude, which left a negative impression. Good customer service is essential, and because of this, I would think twice before staying here again. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, but the staff’s attitude—especially in customer-facing roles—needs improvement.

I have booked the breakfast(which is suhoor ) and after the confirmation hotel replied that they are providing Iftar , which is not convenient at all for people who are fasting .
