No shuttle was provided from the airport at 8:50 p.m. upon my arrival. The water from the sink faucet and shower was the color of weak coffee for a few minutes of run time. Staff informed me that a few other complaints had been reported regarding the same problem.

We arrived at the Wyndham at 11:55 pm after a long drive, and were told that the hotel was overbooked and that we were being moved to a Comfort Inn. We got to Comfort Innn and were told that they had a room for us but it was $200 more that our Wyndham price. After some discussion, they said they would give it to us for our original Wyndham price. The person at the desk said that the fine print on the Traveocity agreement says the hotel could be overbooked and your room may not be available. Whatever. No notification or communication whatsoever from Wyndham or Travelocity that we didn't have a room. Pathetic.

Daily breakfast and coffee all day were the best amenities this place provided. However there was a moldy smell inside the room that came from the carpet next to the bed, the fridge was dripping inside and ruined some of our food. The hotel could be improved by steam-cleaning the carpets and regularly cleaning around the fridges so it can properly cool items inside the fridge.

Overall it was a decent experience. However, when we booked the hotel a selling point for us were the amenities like the pool and arcade. The arcade room was beyond disappointing. All the games were old, falling apart, and most broke and unusable. It was very disappointing.
