This one story cottage offers three bedrooms, 1 Full bath &-one 1/2 bath, full kitchen, with dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee maker and your own washer and dryer for any laundry needs. Free parking right outside of the cottage. Erie Shores Golf Course is less then 100 yards away from your front door, so bring your clubs. We are conveniently located close to the famous Geneva -on- the- Lake Strip, Geneva Marina and beach (a 10 minute car ride). Visit some of numerous local wineries and distilleries of the Grand River Valley Region during your stay. Vincent William Winery and Madison Township park are a 3 minute car ride away. Venture out to the Ashtabula Harbor area and explore the many shops and restaurants they have to offer. Enjoy many of the local farmers markets in the area for fresh produce, or visit one of the many local grocery stores conveniently close by. Included with your cottage is an outdoor patio, and a gas grill for outdoor grilling. The cottage includes WiFi and 3- HD smart TVs. Linens and towels are also provided.
