Just had a romantic night with my girlfriend. Everything was good except for the pillows were very awful. Also, they ran out of towels at the pool area around 7 pm or earlier but overall had a good time

The place was packed and when we went to the pool, there were no towels and the front desk said there wasn’t anymore. I said I would use the room towels and call for more of those later. She then said wait and got me pool towels. The pool/hot tub had so many chemicals in it that it burnt our eyes and we were only in there for 20 minutes.

Could be cleaner.

Not a bad experience, staff was friendly and the beds were comfy. There was a dirty washcloth from the previous guest folded up in the shower curtain and there was a used condom on the floor by the elevator, so cleanliness could definitely be improved upon. And the parki g lot had a very strong smell of weed every time we were outside.

We have been to Madison many times for appointments. This property has been very accomadating of our Golden retriever who typically comes with for my daughter even having a set outdoor dog area. It is close to campus, great restaurants, shopping and trails for running.

Not Our Favorite Place

Someone was smoking in the room next to us and filled our room with smoke smell for 2 days. Beds had some sort of plastic under them and every time you moved they made a noise. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Pool area was filthy and unsafe as the tile was incredibly slipper and full of a slimey substance. Housekeepers did a good job tiding our room.

The staff from front desk representative to manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and bright. Breakfast was very good with coffee available all day. I will definitely be back when in Madison.
