As a customer I find it off putting to be charged for coffee in the lobby and water bottles in the room. These should be included.

The heater was super loud and kept us awake all night. It was awful. Also the tub was concave and very hard to stand in. The water just pooled in the middle and would not go down the drain.

Man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Clean room in a great location. Bar was open late. Parking in the Wilson St Garage was easier and cheaper than on site parking. Overall, a great stay and we'll be back

They forgot to take a card for incidentals and I had to go back downstairs after they called me. Then I had to get a different room because there was a massive hum in the room driving me crazy. 2 bad experiences with Hilton in a row.

Great location and close by to a lot of restaurants and excellent view of the Capitol or the lake from the hotel. The rooms were very nice and so were the staff. We used the restaurant for breakfast and the food was very good. We did not get a chance to use the bar but it had a lively atmosphere and was open until late.
