Felt very clean, comfortable with a bed that was excellent. The staff was friendly. Excellent workout gym with lots of equipment. Streaming from my iPad gave me options to use my apps - just needed a little tech support from the number on my room card. Breakfast was limited.

The desk staff was very friendly and we were impressed that, for about $30 less than we usually pay staying in that vicinity, we also got a hot breakfast. But most appreciated of all might have been the work done by maintenance and housekeeping. So clean and comfortable! We are anxious to stay here again.

Things not working well. Breakfast food subpar, No ink in printer and did not carry replacement cartiridges so could not print important document, forgot maid service and did not come to room for 3 days - upon request did bring towels. Many outlets in room were not working.

Wonderful stay for a visit to UW Hospital. Less than 10 minute drive, quiet area, some restaurants in the area. Front desk was helpful! Breakfast was simple yet very good. Immaculately clean and comfortable room! Would stay here again!
