Toaster not working well, eggs lukewarm , potatoes lukewarm, English muffins a little stale. Coffee ok. Apple juice only no orange juice. Oatmeal but didn’t see any milk. Upstairs travelers sounded like they were bowling or lifting and dropping weights for about a half hour at 2am. Crazy noisy!

I got there and was told my Reservation was not good. Clearly you Guys Messed Up. I know I Was Charged And Never Recompensed. Basically. You Owe Me A Free Night. They Were Very Rude @ The Front Desk As Well. So Somebody Somewhere Owes Me A Free Night. Way To Go Guys. Ya F'ed Up! Annnnd Nobody On Either End Did A Single Thing About It. I'm Not Holding My Breath.

Breakfast was less than mediocre and when I complained about the toilet I hadn’t defecated in being backed up in the room I had literally just checked into, management offered me a plunger… I told them it’s not my job to be their plumber . Hot tub out of order and a cup of oatmeal left on the table for MORE THAN TWO DAYS in the pool area

The pictures made the hotel look nice, but when you arrive you realize they are just bandaids to cover up the run downess of the hotel. The beds were super hard and the breakfast was subpar.

It’s not a new property BUT the room was clean and the water was HOT. The few employees I saw were nice.. (I didn’t try to find anyone). Hotel is easy to find and has a few food places nearby. *I base my ratings on “did it meet my expectations?” and “did price match expectations?”

Breakfast menu was limited- only one item of fresh fruit and that was marginal apples. Rooms air conditioning unit sounded like a jumbo jet whenever it kicked on and ran. Positively, staff were polite. Location was close enough to city centre to make the stay convenient.

Upon checking in we were given an already occupied room. 2 nights into our 4 night stay are key cards no longer worked. Walls are too thin, could hear people stomping around. Breakfast was mediocre and had very little variety. Garbage and cigarette butts by front entrance. Fridge was too cold and caused cans to explode from being frozen. Staff were friendly.

Conveniently located, clean hotel

We felt safe. The staff was friendly and courteous. While the room was clean, there were some maintenance issues that could be addressed. The airvent in the bathroom had a lot of dust in it. The shower faucet was installed incorrectly, so hot and cold really weren't as indicated. Also, there was a ceiling tile in the hallway by the lobby that had bad water stains. This same tile was there 2 years ago when we stayed there. Otherwise, we had no issues and I would stay there again.
