Disappointing

I deliberately booked the hotel for the hot tub, which was broken. There was also no decaf coffee. At breakfast many of the food stations were empty despite it being a Thursday. No fruit loops, hash browns, etc. No one looking after the breakfast station. Disappointing.

Wouldn't tell anyone to come to this place! He had bird poop in pool area, bathroom was gross, and floor was nasty. Never made inside the room. Went to the pool area first. After just a short while a man comes in and ask me to leave saying " he remembers me from last month" i havent rent a room in about a year or two, so i know it wasnt me. He profile me and made my children and i feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Will never be back. Also have him on video saying these things.

The pictures are not accurate for this hotel. The hotel could use some work. The carpets in the hallways and stairwells are very dirty and not maintained. Our tub had a hole in it and they put an anti-slip mat over the top of it. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Yes you could hear the TV on next to us but you can at most hotels. Our room was dirty. Maybe my level of cleanliness exceeds the housekeeping department. The homeless like to hang out in the stairwells and come in for breakfast. Kind of a sketchy place!

Clean, cheery, friendly, comfortable. The hotel is a little worn but well cared for. Breakfast had some variety. (I would have liked some fruit.). I wish every hotel would pay more attention to sustainable practices like non-plastic utensils.

Stains on the bedding and glass on the floor that my 5 yearlod found. At night requested a late check out and was told to ask in the morning. When asked thw front dest gave me only 30 minutes and said that was it. As they have sevearl others.
