Carefree stay in a hotel that knows what it is doing: host airport travelers who need an overnight in madrid. It is not posh or sophisticated but runs smoothly and is perfectly comfortable.

Healthy breakfast options with a buffet continental style arrangement. The room has all of the basic amenities you expect in an airport hotel. The shuttle is very convenient and dropped us off at the terminal in less than 10 minutes, the reception desk asks what time and which airline you are flying with, to have the shuttle ready for you.

On my last night, while drying my hair, the electricity went out. I had to pack up all my items and move to another room. In the morning, the male server wouldn’t allow me to have coffee without paying $5.50. I told him I had purchased breakfast but he still stood over me telling me No. The lady server asked for my room number and he searched it. He comes to me after and tells me I can have coffee. This was ridiculous. I explained all this at checkout but nothing was offered for my inconvenience. Disappointing.

Air conditioning did not work well. We were up all night sweating. The restaurant only had one person working. The poor waiter was running around like crazy. It took forever to get our meal and we felt so bad for the waiter.
