It was like a dungeon

By the photos I didn´t understand that I´ll be at a "dungeon". There were no natural light on it. If I had seen it, I would not have stayed there. Besides that, the TV was broken, and it took two days to put a new one. Even more, I didn´t receive bath towels, only face towels.
