Apartment in the center - Callao

This cozy and modern 48m2 apartment with capacity for up to 6 guests is located just 100 meters from Plaza del Callao, in the heart of the city.



From here you can walk to the most emblematic places of the capital: Gran Vía is only a 1-minute walk away and Plaza Mayor is a 6-minute walk away.

The Callao Metro station is located about 100m from the house.



Up to 6 people using the sofa bed, it is more comfortable for 4 people.

In a building without an elevator, the apartment is on the 1st floor. So, although not many, you will have to climb some stairs.



Also, remember that the building is located on a PEDESTRIAN street, so you will not be able to get to the door of the building by car.



As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:

* A lounge area with a sofa bed and television (it does not have a window)

* The small kitchen integrated into the living room area

The sleeping area is organized as follows:

* The 1st or main bedroom with a 150x190 double bed with ensuite bathroom and TV. This bedroom has a window that overlooks an interior patio.

* Bedroom 2 with two 90x190 single beds placed together (they cannot be separated). This bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street.

As for the bathrooms, the apartment has:

* Full bathroom 1 with ensuite shower in bedroom 1

* Bathroom 2 complete with shower



Given its central location, you may hear some noise coming from the street.

As it is an apartment with an interior room and the living room without a window, you may find it somewhat dark.



It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Towels, bed linen and hand soap included.

The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions.



There is no iron in the house but we leave a hand steamer available.



The house has air conditioning and heating through 3 Split-type air conditioners with heat pump in the living room and each of the bedrooms.



The hot water works through an 80-liter electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then it is necessary to wait for the water heater to fill up again.



Pedestrian zone & restricted area by car: If you come by car, take into account the new regulations in force, which obliges you to park your vehicle in a car park unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.



Once the reservation is made and before arrival we will need you to check in online, which is nothing more than the registration of your data for the established control that we must carry out.



Access to the building is through an automated system that is activated with your mobile phone, so it is important to have a phone with internet, at least for check-in. To access the apartment you will do so with an access code created only for you during your stay.

Inside the apartment you will have a set of portal keys for the stay.
