This spacious and bright penthouse is located in a modernist building from the early twentieth century, perfectly restored with elevator and concierge. All the rooms have natural light. As in all our NESTICs, you will find a modern and functional design where every detail has been carefully thought out for your enjoyment and relaxation. As always when you stay with us, utilities, TWO MONTHLY CLEANINGS and fast Wifi are included. In Brigadier you will find original works by the artist José Luis Jiménez Algarabel. The neighborhood:

The Salamanca neighborhood was reformed in the late nineteenth century by the Marquis of Salamanca to become the neighborhood of the nobility. Everything is designed for a comfortable stay, with large windows, wooden doors and spacious houses. In addition to prestigious restaurants and designer boutiques, the Salamanca neighborhood houses art galleries and some of the best museums in Madrid, such as the Juan March Foundation or the Archaeological Museum. El Retiro, the historic park in the center of the city, is just a short walk away. This is undoubtedly one of the most exclusive districts in Madrid.
