This very bright apartment is completely exterior and located on the 5th floor of a building with 2 elevators. It is fully equipped with everything necessary to make your temporary stay in Madrid unforgettable.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and terrace. The living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet, and sink.

The living room features a flat-screen TV, sofa, and dining table, as well as a practical breakfast bar—perfect for a temporary stay in Madrid.

The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, glasses and mugs, etc. This apartment is ideal for making Madrid your home for a while.

The Argüelles neighborhood is undoubtedly one of the best areas in Madrid. You’ll feel like a true local. The neighborhood is centrally located and very well connected to the rest of Madrid.

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios and, once there, transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Argüelles station and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Pacífico station and transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Argüelles station and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at Cuatro Caminos station and transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

The nearest metro station is Argüelles (Lines 3, 4, and 6), just a 5-minute walk away. The Islas Filipinas station (Line 7) is also nearby, just a 7-minute walk.

Week in Madrid

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was nice and comfortable. The location was great for exploring Madrid and close to subway and bus lines. Plus there were grocery stores and places to eat all nearby.

Big place in the center of everything

Great spot for exploring Seville on foot. I would not recommend bringing a car, but public transportation is everywhere. It's a short walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar we were able to explore most all of the main sites on foot three

Buyer Beware! Beware a “bait-and-switch”! Using VRBO, I confirmed two nights at the quoted rate plus cleaning fee plus a deposit. The room rate amount required by the Host before checkin was nearly doubled (over and above the cleaning fee and deposit.) When contacting VRBO and the host to complain, all they could say is “our software tells VRBO software the price”. Neither party would take responsibility even when I showed photos of the quote, confirmation and final billing to VRBO. The prices quoted for this place on VRBO are wrong and not honored at the time of checkin.

Great apartment in nice neighborhood

Our stay at Charming Arguelles was amazing. It is a cozy apartment with all the amenities provided. We did not cook anything but there is a small stove and oven available. The place was immaculate when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable. There is a washing having but no dryer as you hang you clothes on the line and rack in the small balcony in the bedroom. Closets have locks on them to keep your belongings safe. Jose Javier and Alejandra were very, very accommodating as we kissed our original flight and had to arrive a day late. We had booked a train to Segovia that day but Jose Javier and Alejandra were so understanding as very flexible and agreed to meet us at the apartment at 9:15 to drop off the key. The apartment is within walking distance of both metro and several bus stops which makes getting around Madrid very easy. It does get a little noisy in the early morning hours but a pair of earplugs solved that problem. We would definitely stay here again for any future trips to Madrid Thank you Jose Javier and Alejandra, you’re the best!!!!

The apartment was lovely, nicer than the pictures! The bed is comfortable and the bedroom is spacious. The neighborhood is nice with many options for restaurants, and there is a nice grocery store nearby. The neighborhood is noisy at night.
