Etablissement tout neuf qui a ouvert en juillet 2025. Les studios sont en parfait état, tres bien meubles et tout équipés. La reception est ouverte et disponible 24/24. Les petits bémols: - pas de petit-dejeuner ni de distributeur (il faut donc bien faire ses courses avant d'arriver car il n'y a aucun magasin dans le quartier). - le Centre des Expositions (IFEMA) se situe à 35 minutes à pied (et non 15 min comme mentionné sur le site !)

oreillets ne sont pas adéquats pour adultes : à doubler pour éviter les maux de nuque. papiers toilettes doivent être en plus dans les chambres doubles. les douches : blocage de drains qui débordent le bassin: à déboucher les points de drainage.
