Suburban location, Clean & Apartment style

The hotel is an apartment complex, it was quiet and safe. There was also laundry available onsite. The rooms were quiet and spacious, 1bedroom apartment style. There wasn't much in close walking distance, it took about 20 mins or so to walk to food. The ping pong table, foosball table and pool were great amenities. There is a beautiful park nearby maybe 3-4 mins walk.

Etablissement tout neuf qui a ouvert en juillet 2025. Les studios sont en parfait état, tres bien meubles et tout équipés. La reception est ouverte et disponible 24/24. Les petits bémols: - pas de petit-dejeuner ni de distributeur (il faut donc bien faire ses courses avant d'arriver car il n'y a aucun magasin dans le quartier). - le Centre des Expositions (IFEMA) se situe à 35 minutes à pied (et non 15 min comme mentionné sur le site !)
