Bless is a wonderful hotel and centrally located. Always love staying there. The staff is welcoming and always help you with questions or suggestions. I highly recommend staying there when visiting Madrid.

Its my third stay in Bless because of how my previous stays were! This time, i was beyond disappointed of my entire experience! Zero attention, delayed service, no promised perks given as a gold member in another platform and delay over an hour to delivering the luggage in room. I was sat on dirty tables with no rush to cleaning them and had my order forgotten more than once. Honestly and if this is the level Bless will continue with, its no value whatsoever for the money spent; youre better off staying in a 3-4 star hotel at least youll pay less and you will not be disappointed.

Amamos el Bless Madrid. Es un hotelazo, perfectamente ubicado donde te hacen sentir en casa. A veces le falta un poco de retoques a las habitaciones en cuanto a pintura, me imagino que por su alto uso, pero del resto es fantástico.
