Extremely pleased. Room decor, lighting, tables, nooks, bedding and space ( I got the Superior room) were just perfect. I took ample time researching for a hotel and this was one worth the effort. Perfect location for what i wanted. Lots of great activity around...but the coziness, quality and sound proofing nature of the room made it such a great get away at night. I did have one of the rooms with a balcony overlooking the indoor courtyard...which i ended up loving more than a street balcony. Lovely housekeeping and front desk staff also! The next time I get to Madrid I will definitely stay here again. Hands down. :)

This is our second time staying at this property. Great location, good value. The rooms are fine but nothing special. The staff is friendly but sometimes you have to wait for service at the bar.

Amazing staff and rooms. What an absolutely gorgeous hotel! It is also in a wonderful neighborhood and walkable with tons of food and entertainment options all around. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
