The apartment accommodates 4 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The living room includes a dining table, a sofa bed for 2 people, and a flat-screen TV—perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid. Additionally, there are two balconies facing the street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, and cups.

Amenities also include free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as complimentary toiletries.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
