The apartment is completely oriented towards the wide square of Pedro Zerolo, old VĂĄzquez de Mella. Both the living room and the room have separate viewpoints which make it a very bright and cheerful apartment. The room is quite spacious with a large built-in wardrobe. The room and the room have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment is at the entrance to the Chueca neighborhood and a few blocks away is the Malasaña neighborhood. Throughout the area there are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops of all kinds. Despite this, the square where the apartment is located is relatively quiet at night.

On the other hand, it is a few meters from Fuencarral street and 5 minutes from Plaza del Callao and Puerta del Sol. In 10 minutes walking from practically all the theaters of Madrid, the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the El Retiro Park.

Just a few minutes away are the Gran VĂ­a and Chueca stations (lines 1 and 5 of the Metro). The Sol (Metro and CercanĂ­as) and Recoletos (CercanĂ­as) stations are very close. From the latter there is a direct train to the T4 of the airport and from both stations all trains go to the Atocha and Chamartin stations.

From the Plaza de Cibeles there is a bus that goes directly to the airport 24 hours a day.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Madrid. The rental had everything we needed and was clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! It was just off of the Grand Via overlooking the Square. It was walking distance to all of the places we wanted to visit. We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid!

Estancia en Plaza Zerolo, muy buena exoeriencia

Muy buena ubicaciĂłn en Madrid, el centro con los puntos de interes cerca y el metro estĂĄ a pocas cuadras. La estaciĂłn Chueca a 4 cuadras y Gran Via a tres cuadras, aunque en este momento estĂ© cerrada por refacciones. El apartamento tiene todo lo que hemos necesitado, e Iñigo ( su dueño ) siempre estuvo atento a mis preguntas. Somos un matrimonio mayor, ideal para volver y relajarse luego de un dĂ­a de andar . Recomiendo el paseo por el Rio Manzanares recientemente realizado. Alrededor de la Plaza Zerolo hay mucho movimiento incluso de noche, pero el dpto tiene una buena aislaciĂłn acĂșstica. Hay bares y restaurantes por todos lados lo mismo que supermercados a una cuadra. No es un dpto nuevo o reciĂ©n refaccionado pero estĂĄ muy bien . Si van auto, en la plaza hay un parking aunque no tengo idea lo que cuesta. Nosotros estuvimos en Mayo y no fuĂ© necesario utilizar el aire acondicionado, pero en el verano seguro que se debe usar .

MagnĂ­fico

El apartamento es muy acogedor, amplio, luminoso y limpio. La situación es simplemente perfecta. A cien metros de la Gran Vía, y a diez minutos andando de TODO. No hemos cogido un solo taxi ni metro y hemos estado en todas partes, barrio Salamanca, Las letras, Lavapiés, Fuencarral, Plaza Mayor, Atocha... En los alrededores comercios de todo tipo, consigna por si quieres dejar el equipaje, supermercados... Iñigo superatento y respondiendo de inmediato todos mis mensajes. Repetiré sin duda.

Muy céntrico, limpio y con todo lo que necesitas para el día a día (lavadora, productos de limpieza, plancha...). Ademås, Iñigo muy atento en todo momento, sin duda serå nuestro alojamientos cuando visitemos Madrid.

Can highly recommend this excellent apartment located close to Gran Via metro.(Good for Prado, Retiro park etc.)Apartment is clean, bright and fairly spacious, and has a wonderful view across the square of Pedro Zerolo. The kitchen had all amenities and the bedroom was comfortable with ample wardrobe space.Our host Inigo, was very friendly and helpful and his recommendations were much appreciated.We had a very enjoyable 4 days in Madrid.
