Esta amplia casa a pie de calle cuenta con espacio para 4 huéspedes, zona de ducha y retrete en espacios separados y una cocina con toda la vajilla y electrodomésticos necesarios. La mayoría de las piezas de las paredes son del artista y propietario castilloochotorena, si estáis interesados, podéis poneros en contacto con él a través de la plataforma.

Recordad que es una casa en un edificio antiguo por lo que hay desperfectos propios del tiempo pero que no afectan en absoluto al disfrute y comodidad en la misma.

Disfrutad de la casa y cuidadla como si estuviérais en la vuestra. Se puede utilizar todo lo que encontréis (electrodomésticos, vajilla, cubertería, libros, etc.) pero recordad que que son mis objetos personales y que algunos elementos como las obras de arte son frágiles por lo que evitad tocarlas.



El termo de agua es suficiente para dos duchas seguidas. En caso de querer utilizarla más veces, deberá esperarse un rato.Queda terminantemente prohibido:- Hacer toda clase de ruido que pueda molestar a los vecinos, así como fiestas, reuniones grandes y cualquier tipo de acto que pueda causar daños a la propiedad- Que duerma en la casa nadie más que quien está hospedado.

Si hubiera cualquier desperfecto en cualquier elemento de la casa, el reemplazo correrá por vuestra cuenta.La pérdida del juego de llaves tendrá una penalización de 50 euros.--------Remember that this house is part of an old building so there may be damages due of aging but do not affect the enjoyment and comfort in it at all. Enjoy the house and take care of it as if you were in yours. You can use everything you find (appliances, dishes, cutlery, books, etc.) but remember that these are my personal belongings and some objects such as the artworks are fragile so avoid touching them.Heater allows two showers in a row.

If you need more, you should wait a bit.
