Ideally Located

Madrid's Tetuán district is incredibly diverse, making it ideal for newcomers to the city. The area is a contrast in old and new, with historic landmarks set beside modern high-rise apartment buildings or retail complexes. Tetuán is the setting for the city's tallest skyscraper, the iconic Gate of Europe twin office towers -- also called the KIO Towers. Other neighborhood highlights include the Mercado de Maravillas, a beloved food market with plenty of stalls and tapas counters, and vast Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún Park. You can find everything from swanky cocktail lounges to tapas bars to Irish pubs in the city, with many restaurants serving up top-rate international cuisine. There are also supermarkets like Carrefour for those who would rather cook for themselves.
Cuatro Caminos is a busy neighborhood known for its dining and shopping. You can experience everything from tapas to American fast food. Cuatro Caminos is home to a number of specialty shops. Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home to the legendary Real Madrid football team, is another local highlight.

A security deposit of €2040 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
