The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Arganzuela is a district located in the southern part of Madrid. It is known for its diverse cultural offerings, modern infrastructure and green spaces. The district is home to attractions such as Parque Madrid Río, a scenic area along the Manzanares River, which offers recreational activities and beautiful views of the city's skyline. Arganzuela also has cultural centers such as Matadero Madrid, a former slaughterhouse converted into a contemporary art center, which hosts exhibitions, performances and events. The district has undergone significant urban regeneration in recent years, making it a vibrant and dynamic area for residents and visitors alike.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Juan Duque - Pizarra, is just a 1-minute walk.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
