It felt like rundown college housing. The internet security was outdated so I was unable to connect (no internet). The room was too hot (no AC or control of it). Many things in the room were loose (no attention to detail). The two saving graces were proximity to the train station and the family room.

Satisfied

Check in was friendly and fast. I was upgraded and my room was very spacious. Towels were clean and wonderfully large. The hotel is extremely convenient if one has to catch an early morning train. I would stay there again.

This property is falsely advertised. The main picture is for the view of other buildings. When questioned about the false advertising staff were not phased. This hotel sits directly above one of the suburbs train stations. Area is grungy and noisy. The pictures are not what it seems. Nothing nearby worth going to. Poorly kept place and worse area. We were booked into a twin share room when clearly this was not was was booked. Hotel blamed Expedia for not passing on this info. Expedia should vet some of the properties they advertise. This is not a good one.
