Staff was friendly was accommodating. Rooms were a little too hot and small but they were equipped with what was needed. Elevator is super slow. Location was great. Very comfortable hotel to stay

Very comfortable hotel to stay. Located in central location which is walkable to Placa Major, Mercato de San Miguel, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. Bit busy on the road downstairs but there are wonderful coffee shops, tapas restaurant, Carrefour and Lidl supermarket near by.

Great location and nice hotel. I would definitely recommend. To be nitpicky, the pillows are terrible, we had some issues with our key multiple nights and the air-conditioner wasn't turned on so we had to open windows, which is noisy.
