Hotel is in a wonderful area very close to a subway station and in a quiet safe feeling area. The staff were lovely and accommodating and there were great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Staff was able to keep our luggage as we arrived by train earlier than check in. The room was spacious for the 3 of us and very comfortable.

We arrived early and they were completely accomodating. We got an upgrade and the room was beautiful. Sparce but beautiful. Everything was nice and comfortable. We also needed the hotel doctor. She was awesome. Breakfast too was wonderful with so many choices. Well worth the €15.

We stayed at Hotel ILUNION Suites Madrid with our 7-month-old baby, and the experience was very disappointing. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful — when I asked for a kettle to prepare baby formula, I was told it was “my problem.” The bathroom fan didn’t work, leaving the room smelling bad. Shampoo was not refilled, and basic items like napkins and flip flops were missing. For £650 for 3 nights, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Belen at reception was excellent! She greeted us with a warm welcome and was able to accommodate us with a change of room as we arrived early in the morning from the airport and we were tired! She helped us with a map and made great suggestions! The room was spacious, modern, clean and quiet. I would suggest eating breakfast outside of the hotel as it was not included! The buffet breakfast cost us 15 Euros each! Expensive for what was offered. When we went out walking we saw much better offerings for 8 Euros! Eg. Avocado on toast or eggs Benedict! Live and learn. We had a great stay at the hotel, liked the location and the friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends😊

We love the place. It was a really nice hotel to stay in Madrid. My cousin and I stayed at the hotel 2 nights. But I don’t understand the overcharge of $10 for doing a checkout 1 hour later due to traffic, I don’t get it.
