The Hotel is excellent. There are currently renovations going on which means there are workmen on site but in the main the work was carried out discreetly. Except on Thursday evening when hammers and drills were being used right next door to our bedroom. Whilst this was probably a genuine error, hotel staff were slow to stop the noise which was annoying to us and other residents. Instead of immediately dealing with the problem staff wanted to give us explanations as to why this work was necessary. That is not good enough when you are charging the room rates that are being made. The noise was stopped but it took over an hour. This is poor customer service.

Nice view and size

Our room had a nice view and a good size. The problem was the cleaning, nails on the floor and the bathroom smelled cat pee. Complained about it but, the smell did not disappeared.

The restaurant for breakfast was outstanding. Service was impecable. Everyone smiles and all of them are attentive. The buffet is ready for any one or any diet. Front desk and bar area everyone was helpful.

The check in was a bit slow although could have been time of day. We were originally given a room near the elevator, although were given a different room once we asked to be moved. The hotel is under renovation although we didn't experience any inconvenience in that sense.

First time staying in the hotel.. Excellent experience.. The location is super convenient, the rooms are very spacious, bed, pillows.. great quality .. Delicious breakfast with many options.. Customer service in general is also excellent.. Special remark for Carmen , the young lady that greets you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and always asking if we were pleased the hotel services .. This is a highly recommended hotel in Madrid
