Hotel is beautiful. Accept there is Contruction going on . I didn't like the noise and worker walking around my room, and room keys were not working everyday. AC wasn't working either. Overall only hotel by itself is pretty.

The room was spotless, modern and was thoughtfully laid out. Many nice touches including a Dyson hair dryer. Most notable was the pleasant, highly efficient and courteous staff. The lovely women at the front desk, the young gentlemen who took care of luggage and arranging taxis, the waitstaff in the breakfast room and restaurant and the maids and cleaning staff could not have been better. Hotel Regina was a super positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

A great central hotel in Madrid in the best location you can find with a really good price for the room for where it is. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and comfy. Staff were lovely and attentive when we needed them. Would highly recommended to stay here
