Two-bedroom apartment perfect for 4 people. Recently renovated and decorated, with the best qualities and functionality to enjoy both comfort and quality. You can enjoy one of the best areas of Madrid. Very central location and well connected.





- Living room: completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, lamps and Smart Tv and high speed internet.



- Kitchen: you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc.





- NÂș1 Bedroom: Very cozy.

The first bedroom has a 1.35 cm bed with a viscoelastic mattress, a wardrobe and an exterior window, making the room very bright.

The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.



- NÂș2 Bedroom: Very bright and cozy.

The apartment was in a great location and had what we needed. The walls are incredibly thin and a neighbor had what sounded like a massive party every night. We were so exhausted that it didn’t keep us up, but it made for some interesting conversations with our kids. Also, the keypad on the interior apartment door only functioned a portion of the time. This made getting into the apartment a lengthy process with multiple attempts.

This apartment had everything we needed for a few days in Madrid. It was small but comfortable, with enough space for our group of four adults. Communication with our host was excellent before and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed for cooking a meal. Located in the city, there were many shops and restaurants right outside our door, and a metro station on our block. Overall we highly recommend this property!

Sehr kleine Wohnung, besonders die KĂŒche ist keinen Meter breit. Sitzmöglichkeiten fĂŒr vier Personen sind nicht vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut. Aussicht aus den Fenstern nur in den kleinen Innenhof. Nur zum schlafen ist die Wohnung ok.

Nice little place

The place was small but it had everything we needed for our two day stay and was very cute. We required little since we didn’t cook but the wine opener was helpful! There were cups and plates. The location was great. Things were clean. The host was very responsive. The one issue was that the air conditioning was only in the bedrooms, which made it impossible to hang out in the shared area/living room due to the heat. (We visited in the height of summer.) So it was a lot of hanging out in the bedrooms when we were home - the ACs in both were nice!

Comfortable apartment with good location.

The apartment itself was great. It was clean and spacious and was newly remodeled as the add claimed. We liked the location since there were plenty of eateries nearby and only a 20 min walk to the main sites. Our only negative was the checkin process. The email they sent which was to have the link with our access codes was not a live link. We spent a good while trying to figure out how to contact them. I’m sure we would have been quicker if this wasn’t our first time using Vrbo and if we hadn’t just got off a very long flight.

This was a quiet and comfortable apartment in a really convenient location. We had a great time seeing the museums and eating at all the great restaurants in the area. The one thing was that the kitchen was smaller than we expected, and it wasn't easy or convenient to cook a meal there.

Buen lugar donde quedarse cuando en Madrid

Buen piso donde quedarse cuando visitando a Madrid. La estacion de metro esta al lado de la puerta del edificio. Tienen una panaderia al lado de la puerta del edificio y tambien un mercado al cruzar la calle. Es un poco mas pequeno de lo que pareciera en las fotos, pero es comodo. El apoyo de la gerencia del piso es genial, son muy responsables y atentos. Para pleno verano, lo unico es que los aires acondicionados no enfrian como estamos acostumbrados en USA, y solo estan en los cuartos, asi que no enfrian el apartamento completo. Pero en general muy buena opcion.

Nice place to stay in Madrid

The unit was clean, nicely renovated and located in centric Madrid I needed an unit in a building with elevators which was confirmed by the property manager via chat Reality was that once the elevator got to the unit floor you still need to walk some 12 additional stair steps to get to the unit front door which made my wife overwork her weak legs This should have been included in the unit description and in the response from the manager Thus my rating 4 rather than 5
