Ideally Located

Chamberí is a lovely residential area near the city center. The area is upscale, with lovely parks and playgrounds in addition to stately housing blocks. The area is popular with newcomers to the city, thanks to its convenience and architectural flair. Cafes and restaurants can be found throughout the neighborhood, and the Almagro district is especially popular for clubbing. The Sorolla Museum, an art gallery set within a restored mansion, is located in Chamberí, along with the Andén 0 Estación Museo, a "ghost" subway station that is now open to visitors. Another neighborhood attraction is Santander Park, a huge public park where you can jog, picnic, or play sports on the weekends.

Set within Madrid's historic center, Arapiles is an ideal neighborhood for anyone who's new to the city. In addition to fabulous shopping, the neighborhood is known for an amazing international food scene, with options at all price points and preferences. The star attraction is the Arapiles Square Shopping Center, a large mall with its own cinema and food court. Other highlights of the neighborhood's retail scene include Mango, Zara, and other coveted brands with their own boutiques. Arapiles is served by several bus and tram lines.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.

A security deposit of €2650 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
