El hotel está en una ubicacion excelente, si quieres quedarte y recorrer Salamanca. Igualmente está cerca caminando a otros barrios de Madrid. Lo recomiendo. Todo el staff es super educado y amable. La atención es perfecta. En el check out hubo un malentendido pero yo creo que fue una confusión de la reserva. Voy a volver cada vez que visite Mafrid

The property is very well located , rooms are renovated. Pillows are ok, sheets and bed are ok. The shower has no door so it’s a mess to get a bath… water comes all out and it’s dangerous because the floor gets slippery. The A/C that the hotel offers is FALSE… the A/C doesn’t work. The lowest temperature is 18.5C and it won’t go to 16C. The A/C has 3 fan speeds that don’t do anything else rather than blow the same quantity of air. The air is a mess and don’t recommend staying if you have problems sleeping in hot places. Madrid was a 40C during the summer
