Don’t ever book with them. In desperate times of pandemic when you can’t travel, they will take your money without a blink. And you will get no services. What kind of a place is that? Other places refunded me with no problem.

Good center location. Quite in the room(double windows). Quick check-in and check out. Nice room and hotel facilities. There's spa complex in the hotel. Free Wi-Fi. Highly recommended. Really enjoyed my stay.

Fine location, rooms good as well. The gym is a joke, the spa is off-putting, as is the service down there. The cafe is quite limited so I ended up ordering uber eats a bit. Front staff is a bit disconnected and gave a couple of weird sales pitches for paid upgrades to better views and spa services.

Well located, clean and convenient

Great location, right on Gran Via, close to all the shops and central amenities of Madrid. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with mod cons, alongside a great sized bathroom with shower and bath. The only downside was the lack of natural light (the window opens onto a central courtyard which itself is indoors) and the slightly spring-y bed. But generally I would recommend this hotel for the location alone, as well as the amenities.

The hotel was OK . Buy not according what you declarate. GYM with only 1 device. SPA is not included into the hotel price(additional charge) This is not mentioned in Hotel. com . So I am very disappointed.

property was very centrally located but was quiet due to the double glazing. short walk from nearest metro station which was great when carrying suitcases. Spa facilities were good but not included in the price if you were a resident but they do give you a vip card which entitles you to 25% discount bringing the cost down to just over €13.00 for a 90 minute session.

Great location! A few things to improve

There are a few good things about this hotel. The location is excellent. The room is big. The spa is amazing and it was good they allow children to use the spa. However, in terms of housekeeping, it wasn’t so good. We have to request refill of toilet paper twice as they don’t put a spare roll in your bathroom even yours one is running quite low. They didn’t refill my toiletries and tissues until the final night. I booked a triple room expecting 3 equal size single beds but end up having 2 twin bed and an extra smaller bed which has a slimmer and uncomfortable mattress. Overall, if you would like a indoor swimming spa pool this is still a good hotel to stay. Breakfast is a bit average.

Not bad, but not great

Nice hotel. The staff was ok and not overly friendly. I was disappointed that you had to pay for the pool even during family time. It was very clean though and the food in the attached cafe was delicious! The location was also very good!
